3/23/20: OFFICE CLOSED UNTIL MAY 8TH EXCEPT FOR EMERGENCY TREATMENT
As you know, at Everglades Pediatric Dentistry, your health, safety and well-being is our highest priority. We have recently been mandated by Gov. Ron DeSantis to immediately cease performing elective services until May 8, 2020.
This means our office will be closed except for emergencies until May 8th.
What constitutes an emergency?
- Severe dental pain
- Severe Dental trauma
- Abscess or localized bacterial infection resulting in localized pain and swelling
Please know, we will first try our best to address as many concerns as we can remotely to avoid office visits if possible.
Once we return to the office, we will be working to reschedule all of our missed appointments for routine dental treatment (such as a checkup, cleaning or a filling). Please be patient with us during this process.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this time. Please be assured that we are here for you, and we welcome any and all communications to make sure that your needs are taken care of!
We will continue to update via Facebook, Instagram and our website. Stay healthy!
3/19/20: EMERGENCY TREATMENT ONLY
This week the American Dental Association has made an official recommendation that dentist postpone all elective dental procedures for the next three weeks. We will comply with this recommendation and will be on-call to take care of dental emergencies as they arise. We anticipate re-opening April 6th but will reassess as further recommendations are released. Should you have any questions please feel free to email us at epd@evergladesdentist.com
If you have an appointment with us prior to April 6th, please know it has been postponed until further notice. When we are given the appropriate clearance to return to dentistry as usual, we will be contacting you to reschedule. Thank you to all of our patients and their families for understanding these restrictions during this trying time.
